It is used for cylinder workpiece welding, polishing, assembling and etc. The adjustable turning roller could change the rollers' distance through manual screw, automatic screw or screw bolt adjustment. This bolt turning rolls adopts double reducers and double motor drive with strong driving force. It also adopts high quality speed controller with inverter, reliable performance. Speed is variable frequency stepless speed regulation. Such large welding rotator is widely used wind power production line, petroleum industry, pipeline industry, shipbuilding industry etc.
We also can make different kinds of turning rolls, such as walking type, self adjustable type, lifting type, fit up type and inclined type, etc.
Q1: What is the warranty period?
A: 18 months. Within 18 months, under normal use and maintenance, if something wrong with our machines, we will provide spare parts for free. Out of 18 months, we will provide spare parts at cost prices.
