1) Precautions for use

The personnel operating the welding manipulator must be familiar with the performance, structure and transmission system of the equipment and be licensed to work. Remember to lubricate the welding manipulator frequently.

Before we use the welding manipulator to weld the workpiece, we need to conduct a trial run. Check whether the horizontal arm up and down, left and right movement, limit, speed adjustment is normal, whether the movement is smooth, and whether the head adjustment is normal. Check whether the flux recovery device is normal. Check whether the voltage and current adjustment of the welding machine is normal.

When the welding robot is welding, it is strictly forbidden to stand under the horizontal arm and around the roller frame.

When the welding manipulator is rotating, pay attention to whether the power supply line pipe is crushed and damaged.

2) Routine maintenance of welding manipulator

All moving parts, guides and rollers of a welding manipulator should be lubricated with grease. The enclosed transmission parts should be lubricated to keep the parts moving flexibly. The key is to keep the flat wheel and eccentric wheel assembly, to ensure that they are loose and tight, and to ensure that the cross-arm movement is straight.

Remember to frequently inspect and clean the moving parts of the guide rails, slide frames, screws and nuts. Prevent dust accumulation, flux flyaway and other debris from affecting the flexible movement of the moving parts. Do not allow collision or wear the combination surface of each sliding guide. Often check the wear and tear of the key moving parts such as screws and racks, and repair or replace them when problems are found.

The chain inside the welding manipulator is a wearing part and should be removed and inspected at least once a year.

Frequently check the flexibility and reliability of each stroke switch. Mechanical protection block is not losing or damaged.

The fuse of the circuit should be used as specified and the specification should not be changed at will. If the fuse blows, the cause should be identified and replaced after troubleshooting.

Check the circuit connectors frequently to keep the connection firm and plugged in and out reliably.

Need to blow the dust in the workstation controller and handheld communicator with compressed air every quarter. Keep relays, knobs, switches, etc. clean and in good contact to avoid misoperation.
