Overview:

A column & boom manipulator can be very large with a high load capacity boom arm and enough rigidity to carry an operator or it can be a simplecolumn & boom combination designed to hold a wire spool, the welding head and controls.Welding head is fixed at one end of pipe welding manipulator to carry out automatic welding. This kind of walk column & boom manipulator could also be operated together with welding rotator to carry out round and longitudinal welding of inside and outside seam, which is used in many industries such as pipe, tank, pressure vessel, boiler, freezing equipment, power station construction, metallurgical, engineering machinery, marine building, and petro-chemical industries etc.

Feature:

• Both the column and boom are rectangular beams which finish machining after goes through annealing treatment to ensure higher precision requirement.

• Horizontal stretch and retract of boom adopts gear and rack transmission with high precision and stability, no crawling, and no jitter.
  

•  Cross slider equipped in front of the boom to realize welding torch to go up and down and left and right.

•  Anti-falling device to ensure the safety of boom lifting.

• Column is equipped with safety ladder, which is convenient for maintenance.

• Submerged arc welding equipment, Flux recovery equipment, Seam trackers are optional.

• Our warranty period is 18 months.
