The rotary welding positioner is composed of a rotary mechanism, a turnover mechanism, a frame and an electronic control system. It can make the welding seam in a horizontal or ship-shaped position by turning or tilting the seam when it is working. The working rotation adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation, and the working closure drives the tilt through sector gear or hydraulic cylinder. The turning angle of the worktable is 0 ~120. The rotating welding positioner can realize the joint control with the operator or welding machine. The control system can be equipped with three types of configuration button digital control, switch digital control and switch relay control. The rotary welding positioner is widely used in the welding of rotating parts such as shafts, discs, cylinders and so on. It is the most widely used structural form at present. We have various models which cater for workpiece loading capacities, ranging from 100 kg to 50000 kg.

A: 18 months. Within 18 months, under normal use and maintenance, if something wrong with our machines, we will provide spare parts for free. Out of 18 months, we will provide spare parts at cost prices.
