Overview:

Welding manipulator is used when the weld head has to be moved to a position relativeto the workpiece. It provide the perfect solution as the boom can be liftedand lowered on the column and can be extended or retracted as required. The ends of boom are machined to carry a welding head. Longitudinal seam welding manipulator can be composed of auto welding mechanical equipment via welding rotator, welding positioner and welder, widely applied to industries such as boiler, pressure vessel, petroleum,chemical industry and mechanism.

• Horizontal stretch and retract of boom adopts gear and rack transmission with high precision and stability, no crawling, and no jitter.

• We have protective device for boom lifting to make sure its lifting safety.

• Cross slider equipped in front of the boom to realize welding torch to go up and down and left and right.

• Column is equipped with safety ladder, which is convenient for maintenance.

    A: 18 months. Within 18 months, under normal use and maintenance, if something wrong with our machines, we will provide spare parts for free. Out of 18 months, we will provide spare parts at cost prices.
