Overview:

Welding column and boom is a kind of widely-used and high-automated auxiliary equipment in welding industry.Through the rotation of column and retraction & lifting of boom, the platform welding manipulator meets welding requirements of cylinders with different sizes. Welding head is fixed at one end of pipe welding manipulator to carry out automatic welding. This kind of column & boom manipulator could also be operated together with welding rotator turning roller to carry out round and longitudinal welding of inside and outside seam,which has got extensive application in Boiler, Petrochemical,Shipbuilding and Steel structure industries.

Feature:

• Both the column and boom are rectangular beams which finish machining after goes through annealing treatment to ensure higher precision requirement.

• Horizontal stretch and retract of boom adopts gear and rack transmission with high precision and stability, no crawling, and no jitter.
  

•  Cross slider equipped in front of the boom to realize welding torch to go up and down and left and right.

•  Anti-falling device to ensure the safety of boom lifting.

• Column is equipped with safety ladder, which is convenient for maintenance.

• Submerged arc welding equipment, Flux recovery equipment, Seam trackers are optional.

    A: 18 months. Within 18 months, under normal use and maintenance, if something wrong with our machines, we will provide spare parts for free. Out of 18 months, we will provide spare parts at cost prices.
