5x5 Longitudinal Seam Moving Welding Manipulator

Overview:

Column and boom welding manipulator is composed of a column (including lifting mechanism, a sliding seat part, column slewing part, anti falling safety device and a  balance weight), a boom (including rack and a transverse drive part), welding torch adjustment mechanism, column slewing mechanism components.

You can choose fixed welding manipulator, fixed with rotating welding manipulator and moving with rotating welding manipulator as per your requests. The automatic welding center is widely used for automatic welding of inner and outer longitudinal seam, inner and outer circle seam in boiler, pressure vessel, petroleum, chemical, machinery and other manufacturing industries.

• Both the column and boom are rectangular beams which finish machining after tempered to ensure higher precision requirement.

• Horizontal stretch and retract of boom adopts gear and rack transmission with high precision and stability, no crawling, and no jitter.

• We have protective device for boom lifting to make sure its lifting safety.

• Cross slider equipped in front of the boom to realize welding torch to go up and down and left and right.

• Column is equipped with safety ladder, which is convenient for maintenance.

• Submerged arc welding equipment, Flux recovery equipment, Seam trackers are optional.

 Q1: What is the warranty period?

    A: 18 months. Within 18 months, under normal use and maintenance, if something wrong with our machines, we will provide spare parts for free. Out of 18 months, we will provide spare parts at cost prices.

 Q2: How long is the delivery time?

   A: Usually within 30days.

 Q3: How about payment term?

   A: T/T or L/C.

 Q4: Do you test products before delivery?
