Welding turning table is mainly composed of worktable rotating unit and tilting unit and electric control system.
Welding rotary table has powered tilting and rotating, making the work-piece at ideal position.
Worktable rotation is controlled by step-less frequency conversion to achieve a best welding speed.
Rotating unit is driven by motor. It has a precise speed-adjusting and reliable position.
Remote control box can realize the remote operation of work bench, also can connect with operating machines to realize linkage operation.
The overturning welding positioner can work with welding column& boom to realize the automatic special purpose welding center. As robot peripherals, it can also work with robot to realize automatic welding.
We also can design different welding turning table according to different workpiece or process requirement.
Q1: What is the warranty period?
A: 18 months. Within 18 months, under normal use and maintenance, if something wrong with our machines, we will provide spare parts for free. Out of 18 months, we will provide spare parts at cost prices.
