Description
The self-aligned welding rotator is composed by one set of driving unit and one set of idler unit, it also can be customized made one set of driving unit and many sets of idler units according to clients’requirements. The turning roller’s pivot angle can be adjusted automatically according to workpieces’ dimension, no need manual adjustment. Driving unit’s 4 wheels with gear engagement transmission, realized 4 wheels driven. The wheel materials have polyurethane adhesive wheel, steel wheel and rubber + steel wheel. Driving turning roll’s start, stop, positive rotation, reverse rotation and speed adjustment is operated by remote control box.
We also can provide all kinds of special welding turning rolls, such as movable turning roller, fit up welding rotator and tilting welding rotator etc.
Q1: What is the warranty period?
A: 18 months. Within 18 months, under normal use and maintenance, if something wrong with our machines, we will provide spare parts for free. Out of 18 months, we will provide spare parts at cost prices.
