Welding center is including column & boom manipulator and welding positioner and welding turning rolls. Welding manipulator also called as welding column and boom which combine with welding rotator and welding positioner to become the dedicated automatic welding device for welding structure parts' internal and external circular seam, fillet weld, inside and outside longitudinal seam. We have 3 types, that is, fixed welding manipulator, rotary welding manipulator and walk welding manipulator. according to user’s requirements, we also can choose structure or equipped with different kinds of welding machines and adding tracking, swing, monitoring, solder recycling& conveying functions. The plateform welding manipulator is widely used for automatic welding of inner and outer longitudinal seam, inner and outer circle seam in boiler, pressure vessel, petroleum, chemical, machinery and other manufacturing industries.

• Horizontal stretch and retract of boom adopts gear and rack transmission with high precision and stability, no crawling, and no jitter.

• We have protective device for boom lifting to make sure its lifting safety.

• Cross slider equipped in front of the boom to realize welding torch to go up and down and left and right.

• Column is equipped with safety ladder, which is convenient for maintenance.

• Submerged arc welding equipment, Flux recovery equipment, Seam trackers are optional.

 Q1: What is the warranty period?

    A: 18 months. Within 18 months, under normal use and maintenance, if something wrong with our machines, we will provide spare parts for free. Out of 18 months, we will provide spare parts at cost prices.

 Q2: How long is the delivery time?

   A: Usually within 30days.

 Q3: How about payment term?

   A: T/T or L/C.

 Q4: Do you test products before delivery?

   A: Yes, we test 100% our products before delivery.
